Section 49
Punishment for not publishing advertisement
:(1) If a licensee does not publish an advertisement as per section 16 or if he publishes an advertisement without the approval of the department, the department shall impose a fine of fifty thousand rupees on such licensee and order him to cancel such advertisement.
(2) If the details required to be disclosed are not disclosed in accordance with the approval received under section 15 while publishing the advertisement, the department will correct and publish the advertisement again.
